Mane is a personal trainer with several years of experience guiding women through physical transformation processes from a conscious and sustainable approach. Her work integrates strength training, conditioning, bodyweight, and functional training, viewing movement as a tool for connection, discipline, and personal expansion.

From a young age, the gym became an essential part of her life. Along her journey, Mane also pursued professional training and graduated in Radiologic Technology, giving her a deep understanding of the human body, its structure, and the importance of training with awareness, proper technique, and respect for the physical process.

Her method is rooted in working from the inside out, not only building a strong body, but also cultivating a resilient mindset, a conscious relationship with the body, and a training approach that is sustainable over time.

Mane is a mother, and from this real and honest place, she shares a clear message: it is possible to nurture others, care for yourself, train, and feel strong in your body. Her own experience has led her to support other women in reconnecting with their strength, energy, and identity.
